2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions. wp999 reserves the right to restrict access to users from certain jurisdictions at its discretion. Users in restricted jurisdictions must not attempt to circumvent access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means. Any account found to be operating from a restricted jurisdiction may be suspended without notice.
2.4 Single Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one wp999 account. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your wp999 account, including a valid email address. You must keep your registration information up to date throughout the life of the account. wp999 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wp999 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wp999 staff will never ask for your password. You must notify wp999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). wp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.4 Account Suspension. wp999 may suspend or permanently close any account that provides false registration information, breaches these Terms, or is involved in any activity that wp999 deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions on wp999 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency channels.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. wp999 sets minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts which may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform after login. wp999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. wp999 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 24 hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant financial institution or mobile wallet provider.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. wp999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wp999 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.
5.1 Eligibility and Wagering. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers available on wp999 are subject to individual wagering requirements and specific terms applicable to each promotion. These terms are displayed at the point of bonus offer and in the My Bonuses section of your account. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
5.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless expressly stated, each wp999 promotion is available to each eligible account holder once only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts, coordinated group betting, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, constitutes an abuse of promotions and a material breach of these Terms.
5.3 wp999 Right to Amend or Withdraw. wp999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account and actively being wagered.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on wp999 are subject to acceptance by wp999. wp999 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
6.2 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by a technical fault or human error, wp999 reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the error retroactively. Winnings obtained as a result of a manifest error will not be paid and will be reclaimed from the user's account balance where applicable.
6.3 Game Results. All game outcomes on wp999 are final once settled. wp999 will consider disputes regarding game results only in cases where a clear technical error is demonstrated by the user. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant game round settling.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are offered in real time. wp999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided at wp999's discretion.
